Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using Big Blue Care's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Description of service

Big Blue Care provides telehealth weight management services including provider consultations and prescription of compounded GLP-1 medications for eligible patients.

Medical disclaimer

Our services are not intended to replace emergency medical care. Individual results may vary. Always consult with qualified healthcare providers for medical advice.

Privacy and data protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and health information in accordance with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Payment terms

Payment is required only after provider approval. All fees are clearly disclosed before payment. Because each order is compounded for you, orders can't be returned once they ship. If something goes wrong with your order, contact us and Dr. Mitchell will review it and make it right, including a refund when appropriate.

Text message terms (SMS)

Program: Big Blue Care account texts, from Big Blue Care PLLC. Texts come from (502) 450-8265 — save it as Big Blue Care. Replies to this number aren't read. Message Dr. Mitchell in the portal; urgent: 270-993-4789.

Description: Optional texts about your own account: check-in reminders, payment links, shipping updates, new-message alerts. Texts link to your patient portal and never include medication, dose, or other health details. You opt in on your Profile page, during sign-up, or after a refill check-in; consent is not required to receive care, and email updates continue either way.

Frequency: Message frequency varies, up to 10 msgs/month.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts, or turn texts off on your Profile page. Other clear ways of saying it, such as “please stop texting me” or “unsubscribe,” work too. You'll receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Limitation of liability

Big Blue Care's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Important: Always seek immediate medical attention for emergencies. Our services are not a substitute for emergency care.
